Westfield Housing Association are not a partner agency of Cumbria Choice, we keep our own waiting list that are reviewed annually. In deciding the priority of applicants, we base our decision on the housing needs of each individual case.
We aim to provide good quality homes at reasonable rents for those people in the greatest need, ensuing everyone is treated fairly and has equal opportunities. We will not discriminate on any grounds.
Westfield Housing Association have 614 Properties. Our Homes consisting of
- 24 bungalows, one of which is wheelchair suitable 12 are for the over 55’s
- 108 flats consisting of 1 and 2 bedrooms. 64 of which are on our 55’s schemes and 2 are wheelchair suitable
- 478 houses consisting of 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms.
- 4, Four-bedroom houses
