Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs)
What is STAIRs?
STAIRs is a new UK government regulation coming into effect on 01/10/2026. It is designed to allow social housing tenants to be able to access information about their homes, services and landlords.
Most of the STAIRS information is already published across our website. We have brought everything together in one place with links to the relevant pages. If you have any questions on information that is not listed, please contact Enquiries@WestfieldHA.org.uk
