We are pleased to launch our new Tenant Handbook. The Handbook is designed to help new tenants settle into their new homes and offer existing tenants an easy-to-read guide explaining the services you can expect from WHA as your landlord and information on your responsibilities as a tenant.
We have tried to include as much general advice as possible, with more detailed advice about rent and repairs.
