Westfield Housing Association is proud to announce the appointment of Debbie Fox as its new Chief Executive Officer. Debbie steps into the role following a highly successful tenure as Acting Chief Executive Officer, which she has served with distinction over the past 6 months. Debbie has worked in social housing for over 27 years, the last six years as Westfield’s Operations Manager.
Throughout her time at Westfield, Debbie has demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and an unwavering commitment to the organisation’s mission and values. Her steady guidance during periods of transition and her ability to drive meaningful outcomes have made her the ideal candidate to lead Westfield into its next chapter.
