We are inviting our tenants to take part in a STAR survey.
Tenants have a central role in shaping our services.  One of the ways we do this is by asking for feedback through our Survey of Tenants and Residents (STAR). Please click on the title to take part in our Survey.
We use the results from the survey to find out what we are doing right and identify where we could improve and implement any changes to our services. It’s another way for Westfield to listen to our tenants and benchmark against other providers in a consistent and measurable way, to make regular improvements and to achieve best practice.
