Christmas Office Closure and Emergency Repairs Service
Our offices will close at 3:00pm on Tuesday 23 December 2025 and will reopen at 9am on Monday 5th January 2026.
During this period, an Emergency-only Repairs Service will be in operation.
For non-emergency repairs or enquiries (which will be actioned on 5th January 2026), you can:
• Email us at repairs@westfieldha.org.uk or
• Log into the Tenant Portal www.westfieldha.org.uk using your tenant reference number to log a non-urgent repair or pay your Rent.
The last day for paying your rent over the phone will be Tuesday 23rd December 2025 before 3pm. However, you can continue to pay rent using your tenant portal.
