We are a small community housing association based in Westfield, Workington providing a range of high quality, affordable homes in West Cumbria. Our provision includes the Footsteps Nursery, providing early years learning for some 200 children.

Cost of Living Help from Westfield Housing Association

We understand the pressures being caused by the current cost of living crisis and are working to ensure that any support required is available to all tenants.

Contact us for support with income maximisation and welfare benefits advice. We also work closely with other organisations to access funding that you might be eligible for to help you in the short term. You can also check out our Money, Benefits and Wellbeing Advice pages.

If you are experiencing problems because of the cost of living, or another matter, please speak to us. We will do our upmost to assist.

Office opening hours update

Just a reminder, as publicised in our recent newsletter. We have reviewed our office opening hours and can confirm as from the week commencing Monday 29th April 2024 our opening hours will change to; Monday to Friday 9.00am to 1.00pm. This arrangement is being trialled and will be monitored for a three month period to see if we are meeting the demand of our customers. If you have any questions regarding these changes or you have any suggestion for future office opening hours please let us know. Please note tenants can still meet with staff between 1.00pm and 5.00pm but will need a pre booked appointment.
