Estate Walkabout 1st April 2022
Westfield Housing wants all their residents to live in an area that is safe, clean, and attractive. To achieve this the association has set out plans to complete 6 monthly estate walkabouts. Our next estate walkabout is to take place on Friday 1st April 2022 at 2pm and we are looking for tenants to join us. During the estate walkabout we will be identifying repair needs and issues relating to security, health and safety, garden condition both front and back and grounds maintenance. Any issues identified which specifically relate to an individual tenancy will be notified in writing following the walkabout.
The estate is your home and your community, and it is important we work in partnership with you to ensure you are given the opportunity to shape and influence where you live. Therefore, we are looking for tenants to join us. The walkabout will take no longer than 2 hours of your time. Your input is most valuable.
