Customer Engagement Panel

Here at Westfield Housing Association, we want to put our customers right at the heart of the decisions we make about how we manage our homes and services now and into the future. To help us do this we want to form a Customer Panel. The Panel will be a representative group of our tenants who meet up three times a year with our staff, to monitor, evaluate, review, and influence the Association’s performance, priorities and service provision. It is our aim that the group will also consider any funding applications to support community projects and activities that can make a real difference to the service provided to tenants, ensuring the Association meets tenant’s expectations.

The Panel will help us to identify priorities from a customer perspective and helps decide how money is spent on homes and services and hold Westfield

Housing Association to account for its decisions and performance and help is recognise where the Association does well.

We are aiming to have our first panel meeting at the end of March 2022
